Pour un temps soi peu is the story of a trans woman, told through details, dangerous details, cruel details, but real details told by the person who has experienced them. It is a manifesto, a reaffirmation of the intimacies of trans realities. An attempt to create more culture, not more fantasy. A punchy monologue that questions gender and identity, and forces society to look into the eyes of those it has excluded. A sad stand up act performed by the actress who plays herself.

Fanny Sintès and Laurène Marx's project is theatrical and political, and is in constant dialogue with our times, where questions of gender and society are at the heart of their commitment. Their ethics are radical, feminist, intersectional, anti-racist, anti-classist and anti-ageist. Concerned with being non-elitist, therefore accessible to and heard by all, they work on a diversity of artistic forms, thus allowing them to perform in theatres as well as in squats or places welcoming specific audiences.
