Synthesizers may know something about humans, understanding how to seduce our souls. But our fragile voice also knows how to defend itself from these electronic sorcerers. This love battle creates the special sound of the band going by the name UTO, a reference to an old dog they met on their collective journey. UTO is a love story. Emile and Neysa live together in Emile's grandmother's house, whose decor has not moved since the 1970s. This is where they compose their surreal pop music that finds itself somewhere between trip hop and witch pop.
